Precision Builders was the way to go for us for our kitchen, master bath, master closet and laundry room renovation. Aside from the quality subcontractors that they work with, the biggest plus for us was the great communication from Doug Enger and his project manager, Larry Hill. We knew from day to day exactly what was scheduled, and if there were any issues, they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is superlative, and as a result, I have referred several friends to them, and we are also very pleased with their service and workmanship.

It was a pleasure to work with Doug Enger and Precision Builders on our five month remodel that touched every single room in our home. When I decided to move to Tellico Village and build a home long distance from Florida, I didn’t expect it to go as smoothly as it did. I have built a home in the past and, as a realtor I have overseen a few new built homes for my clients. It has never gone as smoothly as this home did!

I personally designed the custom “home of my dreams” and arranged for a local company to do the blueprints. I then interviewed several builders, one of whom suggested the lot that I purchased, telling me it was a flat lot perfect for a home on a slab with no steps. Unfortunately, when the lot was cleared, it was not the perfect lot. Not flat at all!

Fortunately, I chose Precision Builders to construct my home. Eric and his crew worked with the plans I had and did their best to excavate the lot and minimize the steps that we needed to add. Working with his coordinator/designer Hannah and his supervisor Josh, we were able to capture a unique look for the exterior.

The best way I could describe what I wanted from out of town was to send pictures. Hannah was terrific in capturing exactly what I was looking for and overseeing the construction of it with Eric. My open living area with coffered ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors and custom cabinetry is exactly what I wanted. From the cabinets to the crown molding and craftsman style trim the woodwork is amazing! The kitchen design worked out perfect with an efficient working area and a large open counter with seating space. It’s everyone’s favorite spot to sit.

I had lots of requests for the master bath and again Eric and his team worked with me and my budget to give me a magnificent master bath with heated floors, heated towel racks, motion sensor lighting, infinity edge shower and amazing custom cabinet inserts!

Precision Builders worked so closely with me to get the exact look and feel I wanted in my home. The first time I met Eric he sat with me and answered every question I had. He was very professional and honest, unlike some previous builders I met. Precision Builders accommodated me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The personal service to help me with selections and the attention to detail was incredible! They were right on schedule and ready to deliver my home in a very timely fashion. I had to ask them to delay the closing due to Covid issues and again they accommodated me.

I just Love my home so much! I get nothing but compliments from everyone who visits. Nothing is ever perfect, but this home is very close! I am so happy I chose Precision to build my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would be happy to show my home to potential clients of Precision Builders upon request.

Our home on Lone Willow Dr. is the third home Precision Builders has built for us. The fact we have used Precision three times is a pretty strong recommendation. We have really enjoyed working with Eric Enger on all three homes. The Lone Willow Dr. home is the smallest home we have built with Precision. The other two homes were over 6,000 sq.ft. and one sold for 1.5 million and the other for 1.4 million. We have been in this home for 3 years as of this date and have been very happy with the quality of our home. The kitchen was really designed by my wife Carol and Eric and it is one of the most welcoming spaces in our home. The high ceilings in our great room create a very open feeling. Our master bath always brings a lot of compliments from our guests. The arrangement of our guest rooms on the second level makes it very comfortable to have guests stay over with us. The flooring and trim work is a very high quality and is holding up very well. The outside of the home is brick and again the quality is top notch. Eric was a real help in providing solid experienced advice as we moved through the building process on all three homes. I can say without a doubt, if we ever decide to build again Precision is the only company I would contact.

I chose Precision Builders for my first custom build home and can honestly say I don’t think I could have made a better choice. I had no experience with building/designing a house so I needed someone I could fully trust and rely on. After interviewing many builders, Eric seemed to be the most honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and dependable which turned out to be exactly that. Being able to contact my builder promptly was a big factor for me and Eric was always available to answer my questions or concerns. Eric pays attention to quality and detail as if it were his own house. He was very accommodating and reasonable to my needs. I highly recommend Eric for any custom build especially to first time buyers.

This team is fantastic! Quote was spot on, work was completed in a timely fashion, they were great about communicating timelines and job updates, and all the clean-up was done perfectly! Our flooded basement looks better than it did before the water damage!!

Gordon Enger and his son Eric built a home for us in Tennessee. We had to do it long distance from Wisconsin.They provided us with great service. They spent a lot of time with us, looking at our plan and discussing all the options for everything that goes into a house; cabinets; plumbing fixtures, appliances, paint. They made suggestions but were never pushy. They explained the range of costs ahead of time. They estimated starting date and finishing date for the house and they were right on schedule. They used high quality materials. The suppliers they had us visit were also very helpful, also making suggestions for things we wouldn’t have thought to ask about. If a subcontractor on the job made a mistake, they had them make it right. Wherever I look in my home, I like what I see; from the spacious rooms, to the hardwood floors, to the smooth walls, to the energy efficient windows, to the ample closet space, I really love my new house!

Both Gordon and Eric were friendly and easy to work with. Most impressive, after our closing had taken place, Gordon noticed that we had come in under an allowance for some facet of the job. We did not realize that. If he hadn’t said anything, we might never have realized it. But he contacted us and told us about it, and then sent us a check for the amount we were owed. We liked doing business with his company not only for the beautiful, solid home they built us, but for Gordon’s personal integrity, which is worth so much more! You can rest assured that Gordon and Eric Enger are honest and will treat you fairly.

Just a note to say thanks. We truly feel like you have helped us to realize a dream. We have a new home at our old address!

Our project which was diversified, required considerations and knowledge in a wide range of building skills and you handled all the details expertly. We wanted an addition to our house that looked like it was a natural part of our house…not just an add on. We wanted everything to be tied together and that it must look good from the outside as well as function from the inside. You achieved that goal. Not only is the outside completely new, so is the inside! Thanks to Barry, the architect you recommended and you.

The craftsmanship of all the laborers was excellent, with a special thanks to Josh who listened to all of our questions and wants. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and hardworking from start to finish. You and your crews were receptive to our ideas and suggestions. They were also able to suggest more creative, workable ways to develop our ideas and stay within budget.

Everyone was of the highest integrity. We left our home numerous times during the construction project and always felt comfortable in regards to the security of our home and possessions.

We have built and lived in several new houses during the years of transfers with the railroad. Our new home in Tellico Village is the best in quality and workmanship. Rather than being an ordeal, it was a pleasure working with Precision Builders.

Our experience with Eric, Josh, Hannah and the Precision Builders team far exceeded our expectations. We interviewed numerous builders and requested estimates from 6 of them. Eric answered all of our pre-construction questions and was extremely flexible with our requests. We selected Precision not only because his was the best value for the money when we evaluated the estimates but also because we felt him to be a contractor that would “work with us”. My husband has spent years in masonry and construction, which Eric respected, allowing Doug to be very involved in the masonry aspect of our project. We were delighted with the aesthetics of the exterior and felt the brick, stone, metal and wood combination was perfect.

Hannah was invaluable in assisting me with the kitchen design and effectively captured my eclectic style. As a healthcare executive my time was limited and I could not dedicate the time to evaluate numerous options. Hannah was able to match my style and narrow down choices to only 2 or 3 options, enabling me to efficiently select the final item. In addition, she helped us make a few economical changes that allowed us to incorporate a few upgrades, such as our custom cabinets, hood, extra storage in the island, upgraded countertops, the “statement” ceiling fan in the living room cathedral ceiling, and unique bath accoutrements.

The fireplace was another very successful endeavor where Hannah and Josh partnered with Doug and me to utilize a combination of stone and shiplap coupled with a reclaimed wood mantle and matching floating shelves on either side of the fireplace.

Each room flows seamlessly into the next and we believe with the partnership of Precision Builders we accomplished our authentic “dream home”. The icing on the cake is that we came in on budget and moved in earlier than expected!

Precision Builders did an amazing job with our new home. From the exterior to interior, every detail exceeded our expectations. The exterior design has given us the modern farmhouse look that we so desired. The interior, specifically the kitchen, is the true focal point with the most amazing backsplash we could ever imagine. Precision has made our house a home and we could not be happier.
